Wildfires and travel insurance
Given the outbreaks of wildfires in many locations around the northern hemisphere in recent weeks it might be a good idea to see if you would be covered by your travel insurance for loss of belongings etc should you, for example, you suddenly had to evacuate your campsite, or would insurers claim it was an act of god and therefore not liable to pay out?
